Q: ARE ALL OF YOUR USED CARS INSPECTED?
A: Yes. Every car on our lot must pass a 40+ point certified quality inspection by our technicians.
This ensures that the car does not have flood or frame damage.

A: Although you cannot complete a car-buying transaction online, you can begin the process.
Each car page includes a link to "Make a Deposit." Please read more about our deposit policy here.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
A: Yes. We offer fast, fair financing through several companies, including Joe's Autos Financing (JAF),
our in-house financing company. Most of our customers' financing is approved in 20 minutes or less.
And if you can find better financing elsewhere, we will work with your bank or credit union of choice!
For JAF, we do not charge late fees and offer transparent and fair arrangements for customers
who may not be able to pay on time.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO FINANCE THROUGH JOE'S AUTOS FINANCE?
A: To complete your transaction, you may be required to provide any or all of the following:
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Proof of income
- Proof of residence
Q: WHAT IS AN UNREPAIRED SAFETY RECALL?
A: A safety recall occurs when a manufacturer or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)
finds that a condition or defect that could affect the safety or operation of a vehicle may exist in a specific vehicle
or series of vehicles. Before you purchase a car from Joe's Autos, your sales consultant will review with you
history reports and VIN-specific recall look-up results from the NHTSA website.
